Return Policy

Color Lighting provides the best and highest quality products to our customers. We strive to satisfy all customer requirements and provide the easiest possible ways for the returns, according to the following conditions:

●               The product should not be used, damaged, and it must be in the same condition as you received it.

●               original invoice is required.

●               Return is within 7 days of the date of receipt.

●               The amount of the returns will be refunded by bank transfer in the event of cash on delivery. In the case of online payment, the amount will be refunded to the same card that was paid with.

●               Accepting shipment from the shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition, and it is sealed upon receiving.

●               Customers will be charged for delivery fees in case of returning unless the product had a manufacturing defect.

●               Products that had been used, installed or assembled can't be returned unless the product had a manufacturing defect.

●               Products that are broken down or defective due to misuse can’t be returned.

●               Products that are changed or altered based on the client request can't be returned.

●               Products can’t be returned without all codes and Stickers.
